The website needed to serve several kinds of visitors: an event organizer considering a speaker, a school leader exploring professional learning, and a reader following an idea from a book or interview. Stell organized those paths around one clear identity, with dedicated spaces for speaking, books, insights, and inquiries. The result is a connected presentation of Dr. Brown’s work, supported by a purpose-built WordPress theme and a reusable resource model.

A personal presence with a clear purpose.
Portraiture, warm colors, and editorial typography give the website a recognizable identity. The homepage introduces Dr. Brown’s work and offers distinct routes into leadership development, speaking, and small and large group facilitation. Books, selected perspectives, and testimonials add context as visitors move toward a conversation. The layouts adapt across desktop and mobile while keeping the same content priorities.

Articles, interviews, podcasts, and video are organized in a searchable Insights & Media library. Visitors can filter by format, read a short description, and follow the original source. Behind the presentation, a structured WordPress resource model keeps source URLs, publishers, formats, dates, and page associations together. Selected resources can appear in relevant sections without maintaining separate copies of their details.

The operating details
From interest to a useful conversation.
The inquiry form asks about the organization, type of engagement, preferred dates, and location or virtual format. Those fields give a prospective engagement more context than a generic message box.
